Instead of payphones in Bogota, there are regular people holding signs renting out their personal cell phones for around 10 cents a minute. Some of them are like Octopuses with 4-5 phones attached by wires to their belts. Coming from the land of the most sophisticated cell phones, this was an interesting sight
