I figured that Japanese food, some Miso-soup especially, would work better against my food poisoning than the prescriptions. So I ventured to my fist Japanese restaurant at the Swissotel. Though the sashimi was tempting I knew that would be irresponsible to my stomach. So I indulged in an Unagi-don. It was delicious!! Next time will smuggle in some Japanese food. All I brought was Vegemite and that aint Japanese!

wow. you are a brave man. thank god there is good japanese food there!!
I always wanted to know more about Ecuador. Good to see your blog. Take care.
so it's good? I've been wondering about that place. I live really close to it. I hear the chef is Japanese.
Yup, it's good. But I've only been there once. Of course you know SAKE. I think the menu is very innovative even for Japanese standards. Could compete with Rainbow Roll sushi (Azabu-Juban)...do you know Tokyo?? Owner has done a great job and is expanding overseas. Also owns Macondo club in Mariscal....
